Retailer product pages, condition definitions, seller identity, checkout disclosures, delivery terms, installation terms, return policies, privacy notices, and order confirmations define the actual transaction. These terms can change and should be dated.
Context sources
Independent laboratory tests, repair documentation, standards organizations, recall databases, and clearly identified owner reports may explain performance or common use. Promotional summaries and anonymous reposts are not treated as equivalent evidence.
